Pay your 25% advance, 15 days before travel
A 25% advance payment confirms all your hotels, guides and transport, due 15 days before departure.

Pay the balance on arrival in India
The remaining balance is due when you arrive in India, in line with your confirmed quote.

If your plans change, cancel at least 24 hours before your tour starts for a full refund of payments made for the tour.

What's the best time of year to do the Golden Triangle?
October to March is the sweet spot, cool days, clear skies, and perfect sunrise light at the Taj. April and September are shoulder season: still comfortable, fewer crowds, better hotel rates. We advise against May to July unless you're heat-tolerant.
Is India safe for solo or first-time travellers?
Yes, for the Golden Triangle, with a private operator, it's among the safest ways to travel in India. Every one of our drivers and guides is our own staff, not a subcontractor. Over half our solo travellers are women.
What's included in the price?
Accommodation at your chosen hotel tier, private AC vehicle and driver for the whole trip, English-speaking private guide in every city, monument entry fees, all airport and inter-city transfers, daily breakfast, and 24x7 phone/WhatsApp support. Airfare, visa fees, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included.
How far ahead should I book?
For travel in peak season (October to March), we recommend booking 3 to 4 months out, the best heritage hotels sell out first. For shoulder season, 6 to 8 weeks is usually enough. We've arranged full trips in 5 days when needed.
Do you help with the India visa / e-Visa?
Yes. All US, UK, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand passport holders are eligible for the India e-Visa. We send a step-by-step guide with your booking confirmation, it's included in your trip.
Can we skip shopping stops?
Yes. Tell us you do not want shopping stops when we plan your itinerary. We can leave them out on request.
Will our driver also be our guide?
Your private driver handles the road travel. The tour also includes an English-speaking private guide in each city, so you have someone to explain the places you visit.
Can we change the route or travel at a slower pace?
Yes. Tell us your preferred pace, hotel style and places you want to see. We can prepare a customised itinerary and quote before you reserve.
Is the Taj Mahal open every day?
No. The Taj Mahal is closed to general visitors on Fridays. If your dates include a Friday, ask us to plan your Agra visit for another day.
What if I am arriving alone or travelling solo?
Share your arrival details and any concerns when you enquire. The tour includes airport arrival transfers, a private vehicle and driver, local guides and 24x7 assistance from the Delhi operations team.
Are monument tickets, meals and tips included?
Monument entry fees listed in your itinerary and daily hotel breakfast are included. Airfare, visa fees, travel insurance and personal expenses are not included. Check your itemized quote for the exact inclusions of your trip.
What happens if our plans change?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your tour starts for a full refund of payments made for the tour. Please contact the team as soon as your plans change.
